I went in thinking I only wanted a non-incisional procedure, but they recommended a medial canthoplasty, so I had that done too. If I had only done the non-incisional procedure, the effect would probably have been even more minimal than it is now, and I think I would have regretted it. In the end, the effect itself is natural, but I feel like my impression became cleaner than before. What I was disappointed about was that they only gave me a brief explanation of what the medial canthoplasty involved, so I only found out afterward where and how much of an incision line would be made. For the non-incisional procedure, I liked that they showed me in the mirror how much they would reduce it in the operating room.
