There were only two other people in the lobby besides me, so there was no wait. 3-minute consultation with the head coordinator (took a frontal photo and discussed the rough surgical direction) 15-minute consultation with the director 5-minute consultation with the head coordinator (the head coordinator was really kind and did mention the event, but there was no pressure) The director was not particularly friendly, but thorough. Their tone and attitude were not especially warm, but there was nothing lacking in the explanations during the consultation. We consulted while looking at a frontal photo. I did not take off my mask. They recommended two surgical directions that could produce the eyes I wanted, and I liked that they showed me different line shapes depending on the direction of surgery. They explained in detail what surgery to do, how and why, and what the results would likely be.
