I went for a consultation for secondary epicanthoplasty repair, and they said one side with the Mongolian fold should be opened up, while the other side should get a minor revision. I wanted the outer corners of my eyes to look more lifted, so I brought photos, and they gave me a realistic answer, saying that even after surgery it would not look like that. I had gone after seeing reviews of secondary epicanthoplasty repair in a chat group, and because I liked the shape, I am thinking about having the surgery. The doctor was kind.
