The director is honest and clearly points out what can and cannot be done. He is older, but very upright, kind, attentive, and it is obvious he really tries to take care of you. He is also very skilled. The manager is kind too, and although the hospital is not large, it was clean, comfortable, and the wait time was not long, which I liked.
