If you are worried about eye scars, I think it would be fine to do it here. For their age, their management is really excellent. My eyes have severe scarring, but my need is to improve the unnatural look. They said that if I have a revision surgery, the eye line could get larger, so I decided to just get a consultation and not have the surgery.
