T_T I had heard contour injections were famous, so I went for a consultation about contour injections.. Since I don't really have much facial fat, they said contour injections probably wouldn't work well for me and recommended Botox instead, so I got jaw Botox, zygomatic Botox (zygomatic width injections?), temporalis Botox, and salivary gland Botox.. I was told that starting 3-4 weeks later I might feel a little discomfort and that my facial muscles might feel slightly awkward for about 1-2 weeks, but from 3 weeks later my jaw joint became so sore that it hurt, my mouth shape felt awkward, and after that for more than a month I couldn't even open my eyes widely.. My eye muscles? forehead muscles? wouldn't lift upward, so I looked like I had sleepy eyes, and my mouth became thin like a bird's beak, so every time I smiled people asked if I was in a bad mood.. they said I looked like a squirrel.. and that my mouth looked weird T_T I had a birthday and trip planned about a month and a half later, and I was told that would be when I would look the prettiest and most natural, so I got it done to look good, but even after my birthday I still looked so awkward.. I called in the middle, but they only said it was a natural phenomenon and told me to wait a little longer, so I gave up and lived like that for about 4 months... After going to another clinic for a consultation, they estimated that I had been injected with far more than I needed T_T I tried hard to move my facial muscles more, and maybe because of that or maybe because time passed, I don't know, but now, about 9 months later, it has gotten much better than before T_T Even now the sides of my mouth still look thin? like a grumpy old lady's jowls T_T sigh.. Please really do your research before getting Botox!
