I was going to start with a phone consultation for the procedure, but they immediately set a reservation date for me. So I made the booking and went in for the consultation. Most hospitals have you meet the director first and then the doctor, but here I had a detailed consultation with the doctor first, then the consultant just briefly organized the information. I liked it!
