Last year I got masseter Botox and salivary gland treatment near the ear, and it worked really well, but after a year I could feel my facial line returning, so I went back. This time I was told that submandibular salivary glands would be better than the ones near the ear, so I did masseter + submandibular salivary gland treatment. At my first visit, during the overall consultation, they explained everything that could be done to make my face line prettier, and the director did not pressure me at all about doing anything in particular. The manager also only had me do the things I said I wanted.
