This was a hospital famous for salivary gland treatment, so I did a lot of research before going. I think it would be better if the director explained things to patients in a more professional way. Since the office manager did the explaining... and they kept telling me to do this and that, I felt a bit uneasy, but the results were not bad, so I go back every 6 months.
