I went there once because it was near my home, and I was pretty satisfied. First of all, it is not factory-like, and the director explained things in detail; the consultation alone took more than 10 minutes. The consultation manager was kind too, but the staff at the front desk was a bit nasty, constantly snapping at me. Still, the procedure result was good, and I plan to go back for another round. They also did one more nasolabial fold treatment as a free touch-up.
