I don't remember the exact procedure cost very well. Please use this review as a reference only. I was worried about my cheekbones, so I got Botox for my cheekbones and square jaw, and on the doctor's recommendation I also got the temporalis muscle treated. My face got much smaller and I was satisfied, but after the temporalis treatment my temples caved in and I ended up looking like a peanut. T_T The temporalis muscle came back over time, but my temples stayed the same as before, so I really regret it. T_T Of course, I had also lost weight compared with when I got it done, so maybe because the temples need some fat there... or maybe it didn't fill back in because I'm getting older...
