For anesthesia.. there is a cold pack and ointment, but if you use the cold pack you just have to hold it with your hand. Since this was my first time getting Botox, I do not know whether other places are like this too But I tried both the cold pack and the ointment, and both hurt!!!!!!!! haha But the effect is good. Still, it is expensive..... so I am not sure about coming back.. The temporalis muscle shrinks, so the cheekbones stand out more, which is a downside Please keep that in mind
