The places I went to before only said how many millimeters to reduce the philtrum by, and that was it. Here, they said that if I only reduced the philtrum, the columella would get pulled inward. Then the nasolabial angle would become more flattened, so they said the nasal tip had to be examined together. They drew it on paper and explained why that happens, and only then did I understand why my side profile looks like this lol They said the nasal tip would be supported with donated rib cartilage, and that since this would be the first surgery, there was no need to go as far as autologous rib cartilage. The director is not very talkative. Definitely a T.. and a capital T at that. That does not mean he was rude, and he answered everything with facts, so from the perspective of someone preparing for surgery, it was actually fine, I guess? Everything is really good, but I am worrying because of the money... haa...
