Especially Director Noh Kyung-hwan's consultation was the best haha He did not just talk about surgery, but explained the side effects, the aftercare period, and follow-up care first, which made me trust him more. Also, the manager there explained that if the recovery process did not go well, they would take responsibility and fix it, so that made me think a lot less worry about it.
