The staff response was the worst. There did not seem to be any patients, but I still waited more than an hour... They kept making me wait without any explanation... Even the staff who took photos had a scolding tone lol The director and the counselor were kind, but the consultation itself strongly pushed and recommended other procedures besides the area I wanted surgery on Even when I asked questions, the answers went nowhere I could not hear the things I really wanted to know, and it felt like I just wasted my time It was the first time I had ever left a consultation this upset I think they need to train the staff first
