I had a consultation for revision eyelid surgery. In the consultation they said skin excision was also necessary and that all the existing adhesions needed to be released, so overall the surgical scope felt quite large and a little excessive. I had also consulted several other hospitals about the same incisional revision surgery, but many said that skin excision or releasing all the existing adhesions was not necessary, so that made me think even more. The surgical methods and judgment standards seem to differ from hospital to hospital
