First of all, the manager was extremely kind! I went for the first appointment, so fortunately I only waited about five minutes before going in. The consultation order was manager - doctor - manager. I wanted to change my line to a semi-out style, but they said my eyes couldn't do that... So they drew an in-out line for me instead, and they were really kind.
