I had to wait several months for the consultation because the booking itself was so backed up. I thought that since it was a revision surgery, I would have to do incision only, but they said incision was an option if I wanted it, and that buried suture would still be fully possible, so it felt like they gave the patient a lot of choice. The manager and the staff were all gentle and kind, and the doctor explained things well, so I was glad. Even while waiting for the consultation, I saw patients coming in for follow-up visits, and it was clear this is a very popular hospital. I have only been to this hospital so far, so I plan to get more consultations.
