I said I wanted a consultation with the doctor, so I made an appointment. Even though I had clearly booked the appointment and went there, they called me on the way and said the doctor had many surgeries today, so I would have to consult with the consultation manager instead... I had no choice but to talk to the consultation manager, who was extremely kind. But what is the point of consulting with the consultation manager when there is a separate doctor who will do the surgery...? It was not even carefully checked on the day of surgery. I clearly said I wanted the line lowered, but they drew it extremely high, and I suffered for 5 years before finally getting revision surgery now
