The manager and the director were both kind, and unlike other hospitals, it did not go manager -> director -> manager; it went straight into consultation with the director. The director personally took the photos with the camera and explained things by drawing on top of the photos. He answered everything I asked, and also showed me photos of similar cases, which was exactly the correction I wanted, so I was really envious.. If the earlier case comes out as the director said, that would be so good
