Revision surgery because of visible nasal tip cartilage and dissatisfaction with the shape. The donated rib cartilage used in the previous surgery was reused as is, and the silicone was replaced (used with fascia layered over the silicone) + ear cartilage for the tip + ear dermis graft. During the consultation, I said I wanted to use new donated rib cartilage or my own rib cartilage, but they said they did not recommend it, so we reused it.
