I got secondary eye surgery here and it was a success, so I had my first nose surgery here too, and it was a huge success. Maybe because they have a good aesthetic sense, they caught what I wanted and did it well. I have a bulbous nose, and they said they would reduce it without causing necrosis, and it became a slim nose. I kept saying over and over that I hated noses without a columella, and they did a good job bringing the columella out too, so people around me kept asking where I got it done. For the first surgery, I used donor rib cartilage, and I am praying it does not get absorbed. It has already been 2 years, and it is still holding up well without sagging.
