First of all, the doctor who performed the surgery did not even draw a guideline on my face before operating. I thought that meant he had so much experience that it was probably fine, but the nose shape looks slightly different when seen from the left versus the right. I used 4 mm silicone and donated rib cartilage, and for the tip I used ear cartilage. The procedures were nostril lowering, columella lowering, nasolabial angle correction, and bulbous nose correction, but the bulbous nose correction seems to have not worked well. It has been a little over a year and a half since the surgery now, and it looks too natural
