I made an appointment for armpit hair removal, but I had to wait 40 minutes longer than my appointment time just to get into the consultation, so I was in a bad mood And when I received the consultation through KakaoTalk, they said the underarms and upper lip were a set, but when I got there, I had to pay for them separately... The person who consulted me wasn't very friendly either, and had a somewhat sharp tone, so I didn't feel good After the consultation ended, I think I waited another 20-30 minutes before going in. There were so many people that the staff looked overwhelmed too.. I quit after 10 sessions and got a refund after only 1 session
