I have never seen anyone give such a thorough consultation. I decided on a revision surgery because I had surgery 3 years ago and was unhappy with the result, and the director pointed out exactly which part was my complex and looked at how it could be improved, which was great. Before surgery and on the day of surgery too, we talked for a long time and they set the design carefully, so I felt very reassured.
