I had a bit of a fantasy about nose surgery, so at first I asked them to make the bridge as high as possible. As I listened, I came to understand why matching the overall proportions was more important than simply having a high bridge. Especially during the consultation, they spent quite a long time adjusting the nose shape with me, constantly fine-tuning the look I wanted and what suited my face. I felt that nose surgery is not just about raising the bridge, but that harmony across the whole face is important, so I really felt that careful consultation was essential. Personally, I think the director is very good at creating a refined nose line, and after the consultation I left feeling fully satisfied without any lingering questions or discomfort. They also seemed very good at shaping the tip into a rounded, elegant look.
