I got a consultation about the cartilage protruding and showing through. They said to tidy up the cartilage and place it well, and that the protrusion could not be improved?? Other places said it could be done, so I do not know who is lying. I went because they said they had a lot of experience, but I do not know if they are just conservative or if they lack skill. But they recommended a natural result, so it seemed to match my aesthetic taste the most. If it had been a first-time nose with no problems, I would have definitely done it here. Small, cute, compact.
