I had the 10-year-old nose implant removed. After 10 years, because of inflammation and a lifted nose tip, I looked into it and had surgery. Since there was an implant in the bridge, several places said they would fill in the bridge with cartilage because the shaved-down part looked like it would collapse in. Among the consultations I had, this was the only place that said not to put anything back in and to remove everything, so I chose it. I did not want to put more material in when I was already having surgery again because of inflammation. I was worried the tip would lift even more, but thankfully it did not. They said the already lifted part could not be helped. Surgery
