The consultation was done by the head consultant, then after waiting I went into the procedure room. I exchanged about one sentence with the surgeon and the procedure started right away, and then I left immediately. Even if it is a very simple procedure, I think there should absolutely be time to talk with the surgeon about the procedure beforehand, but they really just gave me an injection and that was it. I never want to come back. I could feel that they only saw customers as money.
