First of all, the counseling manager was kind, and although there were several doctors, I was seen by the woman whose schedule matched mine. It was my first forehead filler, so I was really nervous, but maybe because she was skilled? It hurt less than I expected and she handled it skillfully. It's been a year and I'm still satisfied.
