As of now, they said August is fully booked so only consultations are possible, and I couldn't meet the director, only consulted with the consultation manager. (That's why I gave the doctor's kindness a 3.) The consultation manager was kind, but didn't feel very professional, and even when I asked how much volume could be used, I was told two or three times that they wouldn't know until they did it. They didn't really define the shape clearly either, so I wondered whether it was even worth taking the time to go for a consultation.
