I got it done a few years ago, and they did their best to make the shape I wanted. They used an anesthetic injection in the lip, and it definitely hurt less than anesthetic cream. There was a problem because the retouch period had passed, but they resolved it well. If I get it again in the future, I'm thinking of getting it from the male chief director. I just wish the price were a little cheaper.
