The inside of the hospital is clean, and what impressed me most was that they showed the entire hospital CCTV and said they would keep checking the progress for 3 years of aftercare, which gave a strong impression that it was safe. They said the surgery schedule is at most 2 sessions a day, morning and afternoon. Since this was my first nose surgery, the consultation was mostly about surgical techniques and theoretical explanations. They recommended the minimum possible, and as for materials, only ear cartilage was used, just as I had heard. Both sleep anesthesia and local anesthesia are possible. The cases they showed were very, very natural. I don’t think my nose will become dramatically prettier, but I do think it will just get better than it is now, so my expectations for the surgery are moderate. But I think a modest touch to the nose is best anyway, so it’s on my list for a second consultation. There are many comments that the tip of the nose droops, so I’m still unsure whether I’ll decide to go through with the surgery.
