I asked for the tip of my nose to be extended in length using autologous cartilage, with the columella removed, and for the blunt tip to be made sharper. My nose did get a little longer, but honestly there isn’t much difference before and afterㅠㅠ ㅎ Another clinic said I had a bulbous nose and that we should correct that too, but before surgery it didn’t really look severe, and even during the pre-op exam they didn’t really mention correcting the bulbous nose, so I only wanted the blunt tip corrected. But after surgery, once the length was reduced, it became really obvious that I had a bulbous nose, so I’m looking into getting only the alar base reduced somewhere elseㅠ I kind of regret just doing it at another clinic,,, It was on the expensive side among the clinics I consulted, and it feels like it wasn’t worth the moneyㅎ..
