As soon as I got the consultation, I really couldn't understand why this place was famous... The consultation with the (female) director felt very lacking in professionalism.. So because of that, I couldn't understand a word of the manager's explanation either.. It was good that they took a CT and did virtual surgery.. There was no consultation fee either
