Review

The doctor was kind during the consultation, and I felt like he was professional, so it was fine. I'm in a position where this is a revision surgery, so I'm a bit sensitive, and if the consultation had been unfriendly, I don't think I would have felt comfortable going ahead But the manager... was kind, but it felt a little like they were pushing the deposit, so it was burdensome.
