I've always had severe rhinitis, so I got surgery for a deviated septum at an ENT clinic, but after about 4 years my nasal bone had bent and the left and right sides were different sizes. So for medical reasons I had surgery for a deviated septum and cartilage at the tip of the nose, and the doctor showed me what it would look like afterward with Photoshop, The surgery itself was good. But once the swelling went down, it didn't look as pretty as I had expected. Next time I have surgery, I want to make it look obvious.
