The consultation manager was kind. The director was kind too, and seemed to understand my nose well. At another clinic, I was advised to get alar reduction, but they said if the bridge were raised, I probably wouldn't need alar reduction. It was the clinic I was most drawn to, but I want to consult with other places too, so for now I'm considering it.
