I went early in the morning to get a CT scan and have the doctor consultation first, and they explained the functional aspects in detail, carefully checked the surgery method, improvement points, and limitations. They also asked questions to make sure the desired design could be achieved, and helped me think through concrete details. After that, I had a consultation with the manager, who talked about my opinions and concerns, as well as safety measures and alternatives for a safe surgery, including whether there would be CCTV. There was absolutely no pressure about deposits, amounts, or anything like that. The facilities have the clean atmosphere of an ENT clinic or a dental clinic, and I liked that the pre-consultation checklist was done on a tablet PC instead of paper.
