I had a CT scan before the consultation and then went in, but even though I had made an appointment, the waiting time was extremely long.. Compared with the waiting time, the consultation with the director didn’t feel that long. They showed me virtual surgery results and explained my nose condition while looking at the CT. Still, they answered all my questions well and explained everything sincerely. The consultation with the manager ended quickly compared with other hospitals’ consultations, and my satisfaction was lower.
