After a 5-minute wait, I had a consultation with the director, then with the manager. The director tends to tell you things only when you ask, but if you ask, he explains everything in detail one by one. After I asked about 3 or 4 questions, he said I should talk with the manager now, but I had already asked everything I wanted, so I didn't feel bad. It felt like they were saving me time, which was nice. I also had virtual surgery planning. The manager was kind too. The manager tends to tell you things even if you don't ask. There was something I had always been worried about, but at the basic planning stage, they mentioned for the first time a way to improve the part I only knew about as the basic surgical method and didn't know how to fix. I really liked that part, but the fact that I didn't get a CT scan is bothering me. Maybe because it's my first surgery? It seems like they match the surgical method to my preferences. Overall, the director seems to prefer a natural look, but they leave things like which cartilage to use and which method to choose for improving the nose up to me. No pressure to leave a deposit.
