The director was very kind. I went expecting a long wait, but it wasn't that long and I was caught off guard... I filled out my personal information right away, had a CT scan and photos taken, then saw the director. As soon as he saw me, he asked if I had a look I wanted, so I showed him photos, and from my perspective they all looked different, but he said they were all flashy straight lines. Before I even asked anything, he told me everything and showed me similar cases from the virtual surgery results. He also showed me noses that are popular these days, but said this line would be more recommended for my nose. The coordinator was extremely kind... They told me everything I wanted to ask first: post-op care, splint and gauze removal, after-service, and so on. They also told me that if I use autologous costal cartilage, the pain from the cartilage harvest would be worse than the nose pain, and explained insurance processing well. Very kind, like a professor who is close with students... Anyway, even though it was after work, I sent a text with questions and they answered kindly. I left after putting down a deposit and setting the date.
