The doctor was kind and gave a comfortable feeling, and explained things in detail, but the staff at the desk felt pretty ordinary. The consultation manager was nothing special at first, just okay. Since I had something else I wanted to ask and said I wanted to come back for another visit, I went back right away. They weren't rude, but they felt a bit less friendly. Later, during the follow-up consultation, I deliberately did not meet the manager, and I saw the doctor, who was kind.
