First, when you go for a consultation, they say in the closing line at the end, “If you decide to have the surgery, I’ll do my best.” That builds trust, but it also becomes the part that disappoints me a lot. Overall, the staff and nurses are kind. Before the surgery, the nurses laid me on the operating table and were chatting away, which was really uncomfortable. It’s not professional. I also feel improvements are needed in aftercare. When you come back after the surgery, the doctor’s consultation is so rushed that it makes you wonder if this is really okay. He just says what he has to say and is busy moving on to the next patient. While seeing me, his body already seems to be turned toward the next patient. From a patient’s perspective, there are bound to be many things to worry about, so it’s natural to want to ask about this and that, but he doesn’t seem to want to hear questions. I asked, “There’s an issue, so what should we do about this?” and he said it seems fine. But if I’m really worried about it, he recommended additional surgery (fat conscious). Sometimes I see reviews saying this hospital is one they could recommend to their own family. I would not recommend this hospital to my family.
