I had surgery 8 years ago.. I had hump nose osteotomy, cosmetic surgery for the bridge and nasolabial angle, and because I was told I had a deviated septum, I also had functional surgery. It's been a long time, and now the tip of my nose hasn't dropped or anything, but the osteotomy looks rough and bumpy, like it was chopped square with a knife. The septum is also crooked, and my nose has become crooked again, so I'm looking into revision surgery I lived all this time thinking, well, at least it's livable at this level, but it keeps bothering me, so I'm thinking I should get a revision someday and do it sooner. Still, there hasn't been any major problem with my nose for eight years.. I guess they do it better now...? Sigh.
