At first, even though I asked for a natural look, they made the bridge too high and it ended up looking like an avatar nose, which stressed me out the whole time. The hospital just said they had inserted a thin silicone implant and didn’t know why it turned out that way. Later, the tip of my nose gradually rose and the nostrils started showing clearly from the front. They used autologous costal cartilage, but the scar also became almost 3 cm long and left a big keloid, so I keep regretting it every time I think about it ㅋㅋ
