I went in for a consultation to get rid of the under-eye crease, but while doing the lower blepharoplasty and removing the under-eye crease, they cut the retaining ligament and did fat grafting around the under-eye crease. After the first fat grafting, the under-eye crease was almost invisible, but maybe because they removed too much during the lower blepharoplasty, the area under my eyes was very hollow and, I don't know, the lower part where they made the incision felt like it was drooping too far downward? Then there was a second fat grafting, so they did fat grafting around the slightly visible under-eye crease, but maybe they overdid it, because even though I don't have prominent cheekbones, the area around the cheekbone now sticks out in front, and these days I'm thinking about whether I need liposuction.
