The consultation was kind, but personally I didn’t like it because there were so many people there at the time. I had to wait a very long time, and because it was functional rhinoplasty, I had already had nasal surgery for rhinitis before, but they seemed not to care much, so I had the surgery somewhere else. But they were kind.
