I had a consultation with the head doctor, and wow, he was unbelievably rude ^^ You need to choose your words carefully, but he went so far as to say all sorts of pointless things and hurt the patient's feelings. He has no basic manners at all ^^ He was way too rude. There are plenty of hospitals that are better than this one, and even if I need surgery later, I won't do it here~
