The facility and the staff were friendly and good. However, when I had the consultation with the director, he was very perfunctory, so I didn't feel motivated to have surgery, and he didn't seem to have much enthusiasm for surgery either. Also, since I work in the medical field, I understand all the surgical methods, but the way he said, "Do you understand what I'm explaining?" didn't sound very good at all. I went because many acquaintances had surgery there and recommended it, but it felt like a wasted trip...
